Wow, it has been a minute! If you saw my last post, I shared that Joe and I were getting ready to go on our honeymoon (finally!) and I’ve been taking some time off of blogging since then. If you follow me on Instagram you’ll already know where we went, and I am going to have travel guides coming soon. For today, we’re going back in time a bit for a belated June monthly recap.
Looking back at my photos from the month, apparently I was very into what I was eating at the office. Google has beautiful office space in the city and I was enjoying all of the perks of being back in person.
I also went out for a great dinner with Nina at Rosemary’s in the West Village.
A major highlight in June was celebrating James and Chrystalla’s wedding! From the ceremony, to the food, to the reception, to their attire, everything was stellar!
I truly can’t get over the space that Google has created in the city, not only for working space but also for events.
Joe and I went over to Brooklyn to celebrate our friend Alex’s birthday. There was a little rain, but it didn’t dampen the celebration!
Speaking of celebrations, the Museum Mile festival happened in June, so of course we made a stop at the Met.
It is so darn green in the summer in Central Park and I love wandering around for hours, by myself and with friends (the most likely suspect is always Sheetal).
I had a few days in the city on my own when Joe was in Norway and before I left to meet him in Europe. I journaled and packed and got ready for a wonderful honeymoon, that I can’t wait to share more about soon!
What did you get up to last month?
