Now That I’m In College…

 I am now a proud first-year student at The College of New Jersey! You’ve probably never heard of this wonderful, competitive, and relatively prestigious school before but you should trust me when I tell you it is worth your attention. As the number 5 Northern college and home of the number 1 business school in the state, according to U.S. News and World Report, The College of New Jersey is certainly a hidden gem. 

You may recall that I was torn trying to decide which college I should attend, but after some hemming and hawing I am so happy to have ended up at TCNJ! I spend my days going to challenging classes taught by engaging professors, wandering in the massive library, and sitting by the one of the gorgeous lakes on campus. The students are friendly and kind, so I have been able to make some nice friends.

The initial transition was certainly difficult, but now I feel well adjusted and, dare I say it, at home! This positive outcome is all a result of maintaining an open mind and keeping it simple.
