I think you can learn a lot about a lady by what she carries in her purse. Does she carry a small purse with only the essentials? Or does she tote a large bag with everything she could possibly need? I’m somewhere in the middle. Here’s what I carry in my purse so you can get to know me a little better.

Most importantly, I carry anti-bacteria hand gel from Bath and Body Works. I am a bit of a germ freak (actually, I’m a total germ freak!) so I always have hand sanitizer with me. I love the Bath and Body Works hand gels because of all the pretty scents. This one is especially cute with the owl on it (I really love owls).

These are the two sunglasses that I alternate between. The pair in the back are Ralph Lauren and the pair in the front are from Ann Taylor Loft. The Ralph Lauren pair makes me feel glamorous while the Ann Taylor Loft pair makes me feel very cool :). It’s amazing how a change of eyewear can alter your mood!

This is my Glinda the Good Witch business card holder (it’s not very business-like but that’s the fun of it!). I think it is so important, no matter what your age or occupation, to have business cards. All you really need is your name, email, and a phone number on your card. You never know when you’ll want to exchange information with someone and a business card is a classy way to do it. It’s also good to have a place to keep all of the business cards you receive so you know where to look when you need to get in contact with someone.

This is my Coach wallet which I received as a birthday gift a few years ago. I love the color and that it is so small.

This is my notebook and pen that I carry with me everywhere! I cannot stress how important it is to have a pen and pad. I don’t care if you can just put information into your phone. What if your battery is dead or you need to pass a traditional paper note in class (not that I ever do that….) or…well, the possibilities are really endless! (As you can see I feel very strongly about this)

This is my Coach wristlet that I received as a gift many years ago. The color goes really well with my bag which is great because I love coordination. In it I keep my Sephora mirror and my Bobbie Brown lip gloss as well as other miscellaneous beauty products.

This is my iPhone 4s which I’ve had for about a year/year and a half now. I love Apple products because of their reliability and how well my iPhone syncs with my MacBook Pro. My friend gave me this case for Christmas and I think it’s just the cutest! Perfectly preppy and nautical.

Last are my keys (minus the car keys). I love my owl key chain from Coach, which is another gift (my friends and family must really love me 🙂 ).
Well, that’s everything I keep in my bag! Hopefully this provides a better understanding of who I am.
